Julia Tribe is a freelance set & costume designer based in Toronto, Canada, with over twenty-five years' experience designing for Theatre, Opera and Dance. Julia’s upcoming projects include Prisoner of Tehran adapted from the bestselling memoir by Marina Nemat, written & directed by Maja Ardal (Theatre Passe Muraille in association with Contrary Theatre Company), and Obeah Opera by Nicole Brooks, directed by ahdri zhina mandiela (bcurrent). In development: an integrated arts piece, Make me Young Again (Gina Lori Riley Dance Enterprises), and It's Munsch Time, a new play for children, exploring the Robert Munsch stories (George Brown School for the Performing Arts + Theatre). |
